GrowthForce provides full cycle bookkeeping, management accounting and controller services for small-to-midsize businesses and nonprofit organizations. Using an integrated QuickBooks centric - Smart Back Office, we become our Clients’ virtual accounting department. Our Clients get a dedicated 3-person team who is located in our Kingwood, Texas Service Center.

Job Summary - Working under the direction of an Accounting Manager, and alongside other accounting professionals, you’ll perform daily, weekly and monthly A/P, A/R, and Reconciliation tasks for your designated Clients, including:
Qualifications and Skills
Three plus (3+) years full charge bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills are the very basics needed to succeed. Knowledge of Accrual Accounting and General Ledger coding is essential and multi-industry experience is preferred. Accounting coursework, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is desired.
